How about trying Devils Point or Mount Wise. The tide at Devils Point can be fierce, but you have a good chance of a nice Cod. You could also hook a huge Conger. That is where the current UK shore caught record comes from.

can anyone recommend a mark around plymouth where theres a good chance of a cod? I don’t want to fish Elphinstone as its always crowded there.
